HWLF will establish the first shared learning and small business maker incubation space in the Southland that propels people and business. The word PropellOr is spelled incorrectly to demonstrate that humans in all their imperfections and regardless of race and gender retain the right to “aim high and fly right” through Open processes, Opportunity, and Optimism with their business ideas. Currently, there is not sufficient resources in the Southland that meets the needs of entrepreneurs, micro-enterprises, social entrepreneurs, new non-profits, or provides sufficient support to help these types of businesses earn and attract revenue. Additionally, the Southland needs locally-based experts in youth, young adult, and millennial entrepreneurship opportunities as well as restorative entrepreneurship. HWLF can fill that gap by sparking entrepreneurship movement across the Southland with The Southland PropellOr.
